崗位描述：
l 制定并執(zhí)行開發(fā)客戶和銷售計(jì)劃，完成銷售和盈利目標(biāo)。
l 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分公司銷售工作，維護(hù)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)，發(fā)展重點(diǎn)客戶
l 實(shí)施公司客戶服務(wù)政策和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程，保證為客戶和候選人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的服務(wù)
l 按時(shí)完成要求的報(bào)告。
l 制定并實(shí)施分公司年度業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃和財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)
l 通過招聘，培訓(xùn)，留用員工和績(jī)效管理鼓舞士氣，提高產(chǎn)能
崗位要求：
l 大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷
l 5年或以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；call center 或電話銷售招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
l 市場(chǎng)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，在開拓發(fā)展業(yè)務(wù)方面業(yè)績(jī)良好。
l 至少兩年管理5人以上團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
l 擅長(zhǎng)溝通談判，中英文流利。
Job description:
l Develop and execute Business Development and marketing plan to achieve sales and profits target.
l Lead the sales activity of the branch to acquire new business, retain existing business, and grow key accounts.
l Ensure efficient quality service for the clients and candidates by applying the company’s customer service policy and standard procedures.
l Complete all required reports on time.
l Prepare and implement annual business plan and financial forecast of the branch
l Improve productivity and motivation through staff recruiting, training, retention, and performance management.
Job requirements:
l Possess at least a university or equivalent academic/professional qualifications.
l Have five years or longer experience in service-oriented environment. Candidates who are from a specific industry or function with recruitment experience will also be considered.
l Have rich experience in marketing and/or selling, keep a good track record in developing and growing the business
l Have at least two years’ experience in people management leading a team of five or more.
l Good at communication and negotiation, fluent in both English and Chinese
