2. Cost control and quality control on individual project to ensure services delivered
are up to international standards.

Skills required:
1. Project management skills to manage multiple projects at a time.
2. Communication skills (written and oral) to be clear and concise.
3. Interpersonal skills to manage relationships at different levels with different
groups of people – internal and external.
4. Basic working understanding of CRM and database marketing – marketing and basic technology aspects.
5. Analytical and detailed – ability to deal with data.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree level
- Written and spoken English
- Marketing or Technology experience
- Junior AM: 1 to 3 years working experience
- Senior AM: 5+ years working experience
