General Job Roles
n Manage center of 200 agents in an outsourcing center
n Manager center to meet committed service level agreement with Customers
n Responsible for recruitment, team building, manpower planning, training and reducing turnover rate
n Require to work on shift and holidays
Daily duties include but not limited to:
n Manpower scheduling
n Access daily workflow vs. staffing
n Monitor in-process workflow
n Manager Service Level compliance
n Perform research on discrepancies
n Review Quality audit
n Daily summary
n Exception handling of shipment
Periodic activities include but not limited to:
n Monthly quality review meeting with Customers
n Agents??performance review
n Formulate training to improve agent performance and service levels
n Workflow statistic analysis and market forecast with Customers
n Resource and IT network requirement review
Contingency role includes but not limited to:
n Participate in conference call in case of contingency
n Summon contingency backup staff timely and effectively
n Coordinate with customers to ensure orderly fall back to normal
n Arrange resource for data reconciliation
