職位描述：
崗位職責 Job Responsibility 
1) 處理由客戶服務員轉(zhuǎn)來的車主投訴 
1) Handle the car owners’ complaints transferred from front-desk customer service representatives. 
2) 協(xié)調(diào)維修站，零售商及公司相關(guān)力量解決顧客問題。 
2) Coordinate with our ASC, retailers and the internal related department to 

solve costomers’ problems. 
3) 對重大顧客問題保持警覺，作緊急處理并及時匯報。 
3) Keep the alarm about the serious problems, and take emergent action and report. 

素質(zhì)要求 Requirement 
普通話標準、口齒清楚 
Standard Mandarin & Clearly Speeking 
有一定的處理客戶投訴經(jīng)驗 
Experience about customer complaint handling 
具有很強的口頭表達能力 
Strong ability of oral expression 
具有清楚地理解問題報告問題的能力 
Ability of clearly grasp and report problems 
有優(yōu)秀的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力以及分析問題的能力 
Special ability of communication and analysis 
思路清晰敏捷 
Clear and clever thought 
對汽車專業(yè)知識有一定了解 
Knowledge of automobile 
能熟練操作電腦 
Highly proficient in computer applications
