WFM Consultant, Beijing


WFM(Work Force Management) Consultant is expected to manage product presales presentation, WFM project installation, training and consultancy for customer and potential prospects. In addition, this role will join the ongoing product test.


To perform this role well, all applicants should willing to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel.


All applicants should be technically proficient, enthusiastic, flexible, customer solution oriented, and willing to study and expand their skills.

 

Education and Experience Background:


1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. CET 4 or above, good command of English in reading writing and speaking.
3. Good writing, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Knowledge of Windows server infrastructure in a web-centric production environment with solid IIS knowledge is required.
5. Good understanding of Microsoft server technologies and security related to Microsoft technologies.
6. General knowledge of Internet & network technologies/protocols: FTP, LDAP and Firewalls
7. Database experience using SQL Server 2005/2008, ODBC.
8. Here below listed experience is preferred, but not a must for all:
  3 years experience in Call Center;
  2 years experience in WFM/WFO
  1 year scheduler or operation management in Call Center

1. Team player who enjoys working in a fast paced team atmosphere
2. Excellent Interpersonal skills
3. Self directed and self motivated

 

Responsibilities:
1. Take an active role in the presentation, testing and implementation of our products.
2. Work independently with customers' technical teams on both presales and post sales technical issues.
3. Work with customers' IT departments to determine the hardware, network, and software configurations to support the software at all levels of the organization.
4. Work with customers to define requirements and implementation details to successfully make configurations and deploy the solutions.
5. To be an active interface between customer and Teleopti Software Development team, and successfully support customers in using Teleopti solutions.
