職位:呼叫中心銷售經(jīng)理
崗位職責(zé):
1. 根據(jù)呼叫中心的年度銷售計劃,制定個人具體銷售計劃,并負責(zé)實施,確保完成既定的銷售任務(wù)和目標(biāo);
2. 負責(zé)華東區(qū)呼叫中心銷售業(yè)務(wù)的接洽宣傳介紹呼叫中心外包服務(wù),引導(dǎo)客戶的購買行為;
3. 建立和發(fā)展客戶關(guān)系,向用戶提供最佳的解決方案,并簽訂合同;
4. 協(xié)調(diào)客戶與公司相關(guān)部門的溝通,確保合同的順暢執(zhí)行,保證客戶對公司的滿意度和合同款按期收回;
5. 編寫項目方案和項目投標(biāo)書,協(xié)調(diào)和推動項目的進行;
6. 維系現(xiàn)有客戶,支持運營
任職要求:
1. 1年以上呼叫中心運營或技術(shù)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗,(或其他行業(yè)優(yōu)秀的銷售經(jīng)驗2年以上);
2. 深刻了解呼叫中心運營流程及操作;
3. 擁有優(yōu)良的個人銷售業(yè)績和團隊銷售記錄;
4. 熟悉計算機、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用;熟悉CRM、呼叫中心系統(tǒng)。
5. 有高度的敬業(yè)精神,職業(yè)操守及有良好的團隊協(xié)作意識
6. 良好的英文能力,聽、說、寫能力佳。
1、 To build up solid pipeline,and develop new business opportunities,generate hot leads to achieve revenue goal assigned in related industries
2、 Collect and analyzes sales&marketing information from various sources
3、 Establish and maintain good relationship with our clients&partners as well as domestic industry(including the industry associateon etc)
4、 To managing internal/external resources the build up business proposal to meet customer’s requirement.
5、 1+years sales/marketing experience in contact center or relevant Industry.
6、 Ability to identify outbound markets and establish campaign scripting, tracking and objectives.
7、 Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers.
8、 Ability to define and utilize quantitative and qualitative management information reports and to develop same based on data trends.
9、 Excellent interpersonall and communications skills
10、 Fluent spoken and skillful written English&Chinese mandarin;
