職位描述：
• To manage all Unicall software customization development in call center 
system delivery projects.
• To cooperate with R&D and SD.
• To cut the delivery cost and improve the efficiency.
• With good knowledge of world class software development life cycle 
management.

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• To execute the software development management in all projects.
• To resolve the problems with R&D and SD department in all projects.
• With good knowledge with R&D’s productions.
• To arrange the time plans with project managers.
• To coordinate the human resource plan with project managers.
• To resolve the complicated software technical problem in projects.
• To support presales work and R&D work.
• To lead the team for improving quality, efficiency and productivity.
• To review and monitor the team performance report on a timely and 
quality manner, with on time submission to the related parties.

任職條件：
• University graduate or equivalent with a major in the computer or
 relevant discipline;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in call center development and project 
management;
• Familiar with J2EE platform, especially in Hibernate, WebWork2 and 
Spring.
• Familiar with Oracle, DB2, Sybase, Informix or SQLServer Database.
• Familiar with UML design and application.
• Can build the data models according to project requirement.
• Familiar with CRM theory and delivery.
• Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle 
management.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving capability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
