負(fù)責(zé)客服中心的管理和協(xié)調(diào)工作;
按照業(yè)務(wù)要求建立和完善客戶服務(wù)制度及流程,并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行;
監(jiān)管客服人員的工作,確保高效高質(zhì)量的服務(wù);
負(fù)責(zé)提供客服中心的服務(wù)資料和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并負(fù)責(zé)更新和維護(hù);
負(fù)責(zé)客服人員的培訓(xùn)和考核工作,并提供相關(guān)資料;
負(fù)責(zé)定期報(bào)告客服工作和變動(dòng)情況;
建立和優(yōu)化客戶數(shù)據(jù);
及時(shí)處理客戶服務(wù)工作中的各種問(wèn)題;
協(xié)助運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)理處理突發(fā)事件。
任職條件:
本科以上學(xué)歷,管理、市場(chǎng)或相關(guān)專業(yè);
3年以上呼叫中心管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
熟悉汽車服務(wù)行業(yè)優(yōu)先;
良好的中英文溝通和讀寫(xiě)能力;
有很好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能;
能主動(dòng)承擔(dān)工作,并有很強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立工作能力;
熟悉MIS、ERP和CRM;
有很好的學(xué)習(xí)能力;
熟練應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。
