職位描述： Position Focus/Responsibilities:
Overall Responsibility:
be responsible to provide pre and post sales support to all the Digital Printing
Prospect customers and users in Software and workflow area
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Be responsible to provide training to DP new customers in the area of software
area
-Prepare and provide presales demonstration with all the DP sales
-Conduct product update training to all the DP team
-Trouble shoot and solve any customer field problem and provide on-site field support
-Maintain a most updated knowledge of the Digital Printing solutions, trends,
technology, systems, and other relevant information.
-Develop or test with 3rd parties partners to provide the total solutions
Job Requirements: To be successful in the job, the candidates preferably possess the following:
-Extensive experience in the printing/graphic arts / digital printing industry is
preferred. Good training and communication skills
-Extensive knowledge of the digital printing solutions and or prepress system
experiences and or knowledge with different graphic software will be an advantage
-Excellent organization, communication, problem solving and presentation skills
when dealing with external customers
-Self-motivated & adaptable to changing conditions in the work place. Able to work
well with minimal supervision
-Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities
-University degree
-A good command of English language skill
