根據(jù)4PS國際標準體系定義,該指標指安排崗位候選人參加招聘選拔的面試次數(shù)。根據(jù)招聘流程可以包括電話面試、HR面談,用人部門面試、集體面試等環(huán)節(jié)。
According to the definition of 4Ps international standard ,This indicator refers to the number of interviews arranged for candidates to participate in recruitment and selection. According to the recruitment process, it can include telephone interview, HR interview, group interview and so on.
指標目的:
規(guī)范面試流程,多角度考察、評估應聘者,減低“誤招”概率;Standardize interview process, multi-angle inspection, evaluate candidates, reduce the probability of "false recruitment";
影響因素:
因高峰業(yè)務量而臨時需要增加人力時,往往會減少面試輪數(shù)。
